Shipping policy

We ship to both Greek and international addresses, with all shipments handled from Athens, Greece.

  • Dispatch times: 1–4 business days.
  • Delivery times: 1–3 business days within Greece and 3–10 business days internationally, depending on your location and shipping option, starting after dispatch.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are charged on top of the retail price and will appear on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country, and these are not included in the shipping cost.

As soon as we start packing your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Keep in mind that it may take some time for tracking information to update. Once the parcel leaves our shop, it will be traceable via the national post of the destination country.

Shipping Partners:

  • Domestic orders within Greece: COURIER CENTER or ΤΑΧΥΔΕΜΑ
  • International orders: DHL

We recommend using a postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during working hours (9:00–19:00, Monday to Friday).

Χρόνοι διεκπεραίωσης παραγγελίας: 1–4 εργάσιμες ημέρες.

Χρόνοι παράδοσης: 1–3 εργάσιμες ημέρες εντός Ελλάδας και 3–10 εργάσιμες ημέρες διεθνώς, ανάλογα με την τοποθεσία και την επιλογή αποστολής σας.

Κόστος αποστολής:

Μόλις η παραγγελίας σας είναι έτοιμη, θα λάβετε ένα email επιβεβαίωσης αποστολής με αριθμό παρακολούθησης. Λάβετε υπόψη ότι ενδέχεται να χρειαστεί λίγος χρόνος για να ενημερωθούν οι πληροφορίες παρακολούθησης.
